Jennifer is a licensed speech-language pathologist and the founder of *Path to Speech*. She holds an undergraduate degree from Illinois State University and a Master of Health Science from Governors State University. She is ASHA certified and holds a Professional Educator License.
With over 20 years of experience on the rehabilitation unit at Advocate Lutheran General Hospital, Jennifer has worked extensively with adults recovering from strokes, brain injuries, swallowing disorders, and post-surgical cognitive impairments. For the past decade, she has contracted within school systems, supporting students from preschool through age 22, including those with autism, language delays, speech sound disorders, and AAC needs. Her background also includes work in therapeutic day schools, skilled nursing facilities, and assisted living communities.
Originally from Chicago, Jennifer raised her two sons in Mount Prospect—one is proudly serving in the U.S. Army, and the other is currently in high school. She also enjoys life at home with her beloved Rottweiler, Liberty. Jennifer is deeply committed to the belief that *every person has a voice* and brings compassion, expertise, and a personalized approach to every client she serves.
